Not many ups.... But lots of downs....

Where does one even begin these days. This week has brought so many hurdles and with those hurdles there seems to be this implied message that pretty much says the county got the conviction regardless of how they got so in turn with all the passing years - hes stuck with it.

How can that even be fair?

When did convictions become more important than justice?

In Texas, there must be a constitutional violation to vacate a conviction.
